Last night was probably my worst night of insomnia in a while. I tossed and turned so much. Julia woke up at 1 and Jason got up with her because I had every intention on going to choir this morning at 7:45. I got up at 6 because I could hear her crying. He had been in another room with her since 1. He said she had slept on and off. I changed her and tried to suction her because she is still so congested. Last night and today she has continued to tug on her ear. I hope the antibiotic kicks in soon. She laid down around 6:30 and I was able to sleep on and off from then until around 9. Jason is off tomorrow and I am so thankful for that. This year I made my valentines their treats. Julia didn't get one though. I think she is a little small for a cake....but in about 4 1/2 months she will get her own. I sit here groggy but still thankful because I have all I could of ever wanted in life. I have my salvation, which I am so thankful it doesn't depend on me and my successes because my failures far outweight them....I have my family, and I have great friends. I can smell the flowers right now...another reminder that God is good.
